IFAST REGISTRATION PROCESS IS CLOSED

The registration is open to entities established in EU Member States as well as those from countries having an Administrative Arrangement (AA) with EDA which are involved in EDA R&T activities, and by considering the relevance of the requests for registration to the scope and objective of the event and the security interests of the EU. EDA’s Industry Engagement focuses on European entities that have their activities on European soil and are not dependent on entities outside Europe.

    IFAST PREFERENCE

    The IFAST International Forum will be composed of two areas: Conference (15 June) and Exhibition (15 and 16 June).
    Attendees to the Exhibition (15-16 June) will have the possibility to showcase their products, services, projects, etc, by means of the following tools:
    •A pitching session
    •Free virtual booths
    •Posters
    •Publication of abstracts in the book of abstracts
    Five different Participation Formats are considered in the IFAST International Forum:
    *Pitching time will be given on the basis of the abstract quality. The IFAST organising committee will inform the participant whether there is a time slot available after the abstract submission deadline. If there is no time slot, the poster will be shown in a dedicated area of the IFAST exhibition centre.

    DISCLAIMER

    Registered participants to the IFAST event are expected to provide an abstract/poster using the templates downloadable from the IFAST website. However, the IFAST Organising Committee will consider only the abstracts in the review process for the publication of the book of abstracts.
